At Green Fire Farm, we make natural wines in small batches on the same land where we grow organic vegetables, fruits, flowers, and culinary herbs. We harvest grapes by hand from sustainably managed, dry farmed vineyards, including our own. We ferment using native yeasts and naturally occuring malolactic bacteria. No sulfits or other chemicals are added at any stage of our winemaking. We age our red wines in neutral oak barrels. We ferment and age our white wines and rosés in stainless steel. None of our wines are fined or filtered.
